Several friends of mine and I created a "weight loss" challenge group. Now I know there are many of these floating around the internet, I see them all the time on Facebook. This was a just for fun group, just to help motivate us move. No pressure, no sales, just that you now have 19 accountability friends. Every day someone would post a "what are you doing today" post, where we would say if we were being active or not, what we were going to do, and post any fun gym selfies. I love love love The Berry- DaMo and I would post a full day link or just a super awesome picture from the day.
We also had started, weekly check ins. I personally, take pictures, measure myself, and take a picture of the scale that has my body fat. I lost over 10'' but only really lost 4 pounds in just 8 weeks. With these 8 weeks I had learned that the scale wasn't my friend because while I trimmed down my scale told me I was relatively the same.
I try to have 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week while working in some strength training too. Every day is different. My gym has a daycare and thankfully my girls LOVE going there. Also, I love food. I still ate my weakness (In-n-out, pizza, taco shop, chips and salsa, popcorn, beer, ect) but I made sure to work out a little harder that day or the next day. I also have a Fitbit, where I do the challenges with some friends and make sure to try my hardest to hit 10,000 steps a day. Those push me to get up and move a lot more than I was used to.
I am proud of my results. I may not ever be how I was before kids, but I am better than I was in November when I started my weight-loss journey.

On the left was me 8 weeks ago, and the right was me today!!
I have been swayed by the pills, wraps, drinks, shakes, ect but loosing weight doesn't happen over night because let's face it- it doesn't get put on your overnight either. Some things may work for some people, but remember you are YOU and you can find what works for you.

You look great! Good for you! And 10K steps, it was hard enough for me to hit 7K steps a day! Keep up the good work!
